Join Lorna as she shares 4Keys to Personal Safety. When we make these 4Keys part of our Safety Mindset, we are less likely to be a target, and we have greater peace of mind to be in our communities.

Lorna Selig has been part of the Calgary Family and Community Services sector for many years. Her passion for emotional safety and wellness in children and teens is realized in her Self Defense and Personal Safety Training Company, Safe4Life.

Lorna has been teaching self defense for more than 15 years. Her engaging and energetic style captures the audience and presses them to think about and discuss a sometimes difficult topic. Humor, facts and usable takeaways are part of her empowering message.

Lorna has been part of Fabulous at 50 Calgary Community for many years and has spoken on our Tradshow stage several time. She and her presentations are crowd favourites.
