Spring Forest Qigong is a gentle movement and meditative practice that uses the power of the mind, the breath, movement and sound to gently release stress and discomfort from your body. But it does much more than that! With consistent practice, it also helps to open your heart, calm your mind and align your body, mind and heart so that you feel calm and peaceful, happier and healthier no matter what is going on around you!
The best way to begin to understand this simple-to-do but powerful practice is to try it out at least once. Join Barb Timmer of Co-Creational Self-Healing on September 20th where she will lead you in a 30-minute practice that will give you a good taste of how to transform the emotional energy in your body so you can start feeling better. Barb has worked in the healing arts for more than 20 years as an Intuitive Bodyworker and Energy Therapist using the practices of Qigong, Reiki and Reflexology. She provides personal healing sessions, practice groups and classes, here In Calgary and online, that open you to the peace, calm & joy within.
