As an exhibitor you will receive:

  • Booth with 8' draped table and two chairs, 600w outlet. 
  • Option of a 3 month business profile on for the price of 1 month. Please contact for details.
  • A listing in event program
  • 10 tickets to events (value of $150)
  • FREE marketing material - postcards, posters
    Discounted rates to advertise in the fall printed - Be Fabulous! Magazine. 
  • Opportunity to put a gift in event swag bag and/or supply a door prize.
  • Name tags with lanyards.
  • Calgary Exhibitor meet and greet - First week in September 2016 (7-9pm)  - Pick up your marketing kit, meet the other exhibitors and learn how to create the best experience for yourself and our guests. (This is by invitation only)

Your booth DOES NOT INCLUDE internet nor phone lines. Please ensure your have made appropriate arrangements with your carrier for reliable internet access for your business. 

There will be limited wifi at the hotel for personal use. A password will be provided on the day.

The Booth DOES  include one 600w electrical outlet.  Should you require additional wattage, GES will provide this for an extra fee.  Please indicate need in special requirements on application.

Each booth allows for 2 exhibitors.  If you have more workers please contact us to make arrangements.

Calgary Booth size -  10'x6' (1x8' draped table) - $435.00 plus GST

Calgary Booth Double size (2x8' draped table) -$795.00 plus GST

Calgary Booth 20'x12' (up to 4 table) $1500 plus GST

Once your application is received it will be reviewed. If accepted you will be notified and an invoice will be sent via Freshbooks. Your payment must be remitted within 7 days. Depending on your choice, you may pay by:

  •  e-transfer to (Preferred)
  • Credit card
  • Cheques can be accepted upon special request 
  • (payable to JoJosView Inc - 31 Strathridge Gardens SW Calgary, T3H 3S1)

Payments must be received within 7 days of Invoice or application is void.

Sponsorship includes your booth and many other opportunities.

Set up will commence at 7:45am and must be completed by 9:40am.  If you own a cart or moving dolly, we suggest you bring it along to expedite the process. If you require assistance please ask at the registration table. We have volunteers ready to support your process. 

Use the Event Centre door through which to bring our merchandise. Please do not use the main hotel doors.

Take down will occur from 5-6pm.

On the day of the event, come to our registration table to get your booth number or find a Fabulous team member near the entry doors. You will be given your name tags and exhibitor swag bag once you arrive.

  • Electricity is NOT be provided with your booth fee. 
  • If you require electricity you must arrange this with GES in advance.  They will be on site the morning of the show for last minute request and trouble shooting.
  • Bring an extension cord.
  • Ensure you have arranged appropriate internet access with your carrier for your business transactions.
  • Last year the venue provided a wifi pass for personal use. 
  • If you have any special needs please indicate on your application form and/or contact


  • Please bring your Door Prize to the registration table during set-up.  Fill out the Door Prize info Sheet to ensure your prize is well labelled with your business information and a short description of your item. The prizes will be displayed on the Door Prize Table.
  • Door Prizes must have a minimum retail value of $80
  • Door Prizes will be drawn throughout the day from the single door prize ticket stub that is filled in as the attendees arrive.
  • If you wish to run a separate, raffle at your table you will need to contact the winners after the event. Please ensure you adhere to CASL (Canada's Anti Spam Law) when collecting email addresses.
  • Fabulous@50 is known for our adorable swag bags, so this year we want to make it extra special for our Fabulous guests, and affordable for our Fabulous vendors to be involved.
  • We are asking all exhibitors to provide us with 4 gifts - valued at a minimum $20.00 retail each. (with your business card or contact info attached)
  • The lucky attendees who are first in line will receive a swag bag with one of the many beautiful vendor gifts.
  • A program book will be provided to Fabulous attendees.

Parking is FREE

Please use the Event Door Entrance at the front right hand side of the hotel. Once you have unloaded your vehicles, we would appreciate if you move your vehicles immediately to allow the next exhibitor to unload, then come back and move your merchandise to your booth. Please move your vehicle to the back of lot so our guests can have convenient parking. If you have a cart or moving dolly, I would suggest to bring it as there may not be enough for everyone coming in. There is help for you if needed. Just come inside and ask.

EARL BIRD DRAW: Any exhibitor who has made their deposit by June 30 will be entered to win one of several valuable on-line training courses entitled, Trade Show Brilliance.  This training will help any exhibitor be wildly successful at trade shows.
